Zulu Nation was in 2018 mentioned in the Requests and General Book Questions section of the Palladium website, but sebsequently removed.

"Rifts Zulu Nation - The rewrite of this one has come in and hopefully will be closer to what we want and will see print late next year."

The earliest archive of this is from 18 May 2013 and is the 15th answer under "Below is a list by book."
