Rifts ManHunter (or simply ManHunter) was a Rifts supplement sourced out to Myrmidon Press in the 90s.
Fans think of it as Dimension Book 0 since it precedes Wormwood in publication.
It is only listed as a sourcebook (the phrase dimension book is not used) but it fits the theme since it takes place in another dimension.
