Roku Chiang (aka Mr. Chiang or Chiang Six or Chi Lin the Serpent) is a character introduced in 1992 Villains Unlimited on page 135.
He is the inspiration for the Chiang-Ku in Rifts England, published in 1993.
His stats do not line up with the HP/SDC stats for the Chiang-Ku in Dragons and Gods (on pg 22) he has fixed HP with SDC boosted in serpennt form, while the dragon RCC has fixed SDC with HP boosted in serpent form.
